Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to manage the day-to-day activities on the sales floor, ensure excellent customer service, support the sales team, and achieve branch sales targets. The Floor Manager will coordinate with sales executives and ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales floor.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
- Allocate customer enquiries and leads among team members.
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist sales staff in handling important customers and closing sales.
- Monitor product display, cleanliness, and overall floor presentation.
- Ensure proper product handling and adherence to company procedures.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Motivate the sales team and provide regular feedback.
- Identify customer requirements and support the team in providing suitable product options.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.




- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct regular floor briefings and communicate company updates to the team.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and campaigns at the branch.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or Management.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales target , insurances will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
