RARE THREAD (House of Sethia) is a fast-growing women's ethnic wear manufacturer and multi-marketplace seller based in Surat. We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Executive to manage and grow our product catalogue across Myntra, Flipkart and Meesho.

Responsibilities

- Create and upload new product listings across Myntra Partner Portal, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel using bulk catalogue templates (Excel/CSV)
- Fill product data accurately — titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, colour, MRP, HSN and SKU/style codes
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to write product titles/descriptions, generate listing content and speed up catalogue work
- Process and rename product images to each marketplace's specifications (correct ratio, size and format)
- Keep existing listings live, correct errors, and fix rejected or inactive catalogues
- Coordinate with the design and photography team to list new designs quickly




- Maintain SKU and style-code records so listings match inventory
- Track listing status and flag data issues that could cause returns

Requirements

- 1+ year experience listing products on Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho or Amazon (freshers with strong Excel skills may apply)
- Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude for content writing and productivity
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English reading/typing; Hindi or Gujarati preferred
- Ability to work at high volume during festive season

Job type: Full-time, in-office (Surat)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
