We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations and statutory compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Perform expense booking and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform GST data reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
- Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records.
- Coordinate for accounting-related queries and documentation.
- Manage professional email communication with internal and external parties.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting activities.
- Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day financial operations.





Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of accounting operations.
- Expense booking and accounting entries.
- Bank reconciliation.
- GST data reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of TDS.
- Good MS Office / Excel skills.
- Good email communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical accounting experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
