Position : Customer Support Executive - Voice |Non Voice process

Shift : US/ UK/AUS
Salary : 18,000 to 55,000 in hand + Attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls in a proffsional and timely manner
Deliver accurate resolutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service .
Maintain quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance with company policies.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in Night shifts.
Strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
