Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for further customer follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calling activities, lead status,



and conversions.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali & Hindi.
- Abilitity to write & read English.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, lead generation, or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Should be confident, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
