- Handle day-to-day Quality Control activities in the manufacturing process.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per drawing, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.CMM/VMM/PP
- Check CNC components, tubes, fittings and engineering components as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify quality issues, defects and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, CNC, Stores and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
- Prepare NCR, CAPA and inspection reports where required.
- Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.




- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Guide and supervise junior QC team members.
- Maintain proper documentation as per ISO 9001 and company procedures.
