Marketplace Expert

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Marketplace Expert to manage and grow online marketplace operations for BrandMiz and its clients — from listings and catalog management to promotions, analytics, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across relevant marketplace platforms
- Create, update, and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product catalogs
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve visibility and discoverability
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and sales performance, and act on opportunities
- Coordinate with design, content, and inventory teams for creatives, pricing, and stock updates
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, and manage promotions and campaigns
- Monitor reviews and feedback, and prepare regular performance reports

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of relevant marketplace experience
- Hands-on knowledge of major e-commerce/marketplace platforms
- Solid understanding of listing and catalog management
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization
- Comfortable working with marketplace analytics and performance metrics
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and data accuracy
- Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills

Office Timings & Attendance

- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Grace period: 30 minutes for check-in and 30 minutes for lunch break
- All attendance (check-in/check-out) and payroll processes are managed through the MizUp platform

About MizUp

MizUp is BrandMiz's in-house web & app platform for managing employee attendance and payroll. Team members check in and check out through MizUp, and it serves as the single system of record for attendance tracking and payroll processing across the company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.3 per week
