Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, promoting our IT services, and supporting the overall sales process.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or IT marketing are preferred. However, freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

* Identify and approach potential clients for our IT services.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team when required.

* Present and explain our services to prospective clients.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

* Schedule client meetings and support the sales conversion process.

* Prepare and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the concerned team.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.





* Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.

* Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, software solutions, digital marketing, etc.

* Ability to generate and convert leads.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional/social media platforms is an advantage.

Experience

* 1+ year of experience in IT sales, IT marketing, business development, or software/web sales is preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in IT sales are also encouraged to apply.
