Stipend / Salary

- ₹14,500 per month
- ₹1,500 Attendance Incentive
- Total earning: Up to ₹16,000/month for candidates meeting the attendance criteria of 24 days in a month.

1. Mixing Operator – Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor mixing machines used in the production process.
- Measure and mix raw materials according to production requirements.
- Follow the prescribed production recipe and process standards.
- Monitor machine parameters and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate machinery safely.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

2. Packer Checker – Job Responsibilities

- Check packed products for quality and quantity.
- Inspect packaging, labels, batch details and product condition.




- Identify defective or damaged packs and report them to the supervisor.
- Ensure products are packed according to company standards.
- Maintain proper production and packing records.
- Follow hygiene, safety and quality requirements.
- Support the production team during packing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the packing area.

Skills Required

- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of quality checking.
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
