Full Stack Developer – PHP | Node.js | React.js

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in PHP, Node.js, and React.js to join our development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development experience, along with positive knowledge of APIs, databases, and scalable web applications. Experience with dialer, telephony, call-center, or real-time communication systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP, Node.js, and React.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter and Node.js frameworks such as Express.js.
- Design and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, product, and development teams.
- Follow coding standards, Git-based version control, and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required SkillsBackend

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Node.js.
- Experience with Laravel / CodeIgniter.




- Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.

Frontend

- Strong experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture.
- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or similar state-management solutions.

Database & Development Tools

- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Good knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD is an advantage.
- Experience with Redis, queues, and WebSockets is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
