Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our remote sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, improving call performance, ensuring strict process adherence, and maintaining accurate reporting to management.
This role requires a strong leader who takes ownership, maintains operational discipline, and continuously works toward improving team performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct on-boarding and ongoing training for sales executives
- Analyze recorded sales calls and coach the team to improve conversions
- Ensure all sales data is accurately updated and reported to management
- Maintain and improve sales processes and workflows
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective strategies when needed
- Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review




- Maintain discipline, accountability, and structured processes within the team
- Collaborate with management to optimize scripts and sales strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in call quality and customer engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 sales executives
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to review and improve sales calls
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Proactive mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting
