Role Description & Responsibilities:

- Define, prioritize, and manage a technical, high-impact product backlog for our core clinical data platform, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and regulatory milestones.
- Translate clinical requirements into clear, detailed technical/functional/UI user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with QA and engineering teams during system testing, UAT and production readiness activities
- Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents(BRDs), process flows, and data mappings.
- Act as the ultimate bridge between customers/senior product leadership/senior POs and the engineering teams.

Agile Leadership & Collaboration:

- Champion core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including highly technical backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage complex cross-product/team dependencies, ensuring seamless data flow between core APIs, scheduling services and third-party clinical endpoints.

Qualifications:

Technical Backend Expertise (Must-Have): API knowledge Backend Knowledge Hands on experience of using AI tools/models to generate PRDs / BRDs / User stories and other required artifacts in product management

Soft Skills & Leadership:





- Exceptional communication skills with a proven "talk track" for articulating complex backend technical debt and scaling requirements to senior, non-technical business leadership.
- Solid negotiation and prioritization skills, with the ability to confidently navigate the "What" vs. "How" boundary with Technical Leads and Architects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 10-15 yrs total experience required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Good to have experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in Clinical Trials or HealthCare, scientific and regulatory side of data
- Familiarity with data products/assets, including their baseline concepts, definitions, and usage across data-driven applications.
- Good knowledge of APIs and Backend structure
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Ability to navigate complex software systems
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
