Role: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Representative

About the Role

Codemeonline is hiring 4 driven Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence. We offer an extensive portfolio consisting of over 21 digital services and 10+ SaaS products, providing vast opportunities to close deals across various business sectors.

Your primary focus will be visiting prospective business clients across the city, converting cold leads into warm opportunities, and setting up qualified meetings for the Lead Sales Manager (with on-the-spot closing opportunities wherever possible).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits across the city to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
- Pitch Codemeonline’s suite of 21+ services and 10+ SaaS solutions.
- Convert cold business prospects into warm, qualified leads.
- Schedule confirmed demonstration and sales meetings with the Lead Sales Manager.
- Identify immediate customer needs and execute on-the-spot sales closures when feasible.
- Report daily field activities, meetings booked,



and pipeline updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Open to all experience levels (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
- Equipment: Having your own laptop or tablet is preferred (not strictly mandatory).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude toward field sales.
- Ability to travel locally within the city on business days.

Hiring & Selection Process

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
