QA Engineer – Mobile & Server Testing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience testing iOS and Android applications, along with knowledge of server load and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Test iOS and Android mobile applications across different devices and OS versions.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, usability, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs and issues.
- Perform server load, stress, and performance testing to evaluate application stability under different traffic conditions.
- Monitor server performance, response times, errors, and resource utilization during load tests.
- Test APIs and backend services to ensure reliability and performance.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.
- Prepare and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure applications are stable and production-ready before deployment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/Software Testing.




- Strong hands-on experience in iOS and Android application testing.
- Good knowledge of server load, stress, and performance testing.
- Experience with load-testing tools such as JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Experience with API testing, preferably using Postman or similar tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Strong bug reporting and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

- Personal iPhone/iOS device for testing — a plus.
- Experience testing mobile applications across multiple devices and OS versions.
- Understanding of server monitoring and performance metrics.
- Experience testing applications with high concurrent users/traffic.
- Experience with AWS or cloud-based applications.
