Jewellery Operations

- Maintain accurate records of jewellery materials, including quantities, locations, and movements.
- Ensure proper jewellery tagging and systematic arrangement of items.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical materials with system records.
- Monitor item availability and ensure efficient utilization of jewellery materials.

Materials Coordination

- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of jewellery items across various locations.
- Ensure proper handling and secure storage of high-value items to prevent damage or loss.

Reporting

- Maintain detailed records of material movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports on material status, discrepancies, and trends for management review.

Communication

- Work closely with Sales, Procurement,



and Production teams to ensure material availability according to business requirements.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve jewellery handling and control procedures.
- Implement effective methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Stay updated with industry practices and technology related to jewellery operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in jewellery operations, materials management, or product coordination, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Proficiency in ERP / business management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
