Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup: Prepare the CNC and VMC operators setup by loading raw materials, aligning workpieces, and installing correct cutting tools or drill heads.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to determine exact dimensions and machining sequences.
- Program Loading & Execution: Load pre-written G-code programs or adjust parameters for specialized drilling, milling, and boring operations.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring tools (like micrometers and calipers)



to check finished components against strict tolerance levels.
- Monitoring & Adjustments: Watch the machine cycle to spot tool wear or errors, making real-time offset adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Routine Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, refill coolant and oil levels, and conduct light daily maintenance on the CNC/VMC Operator machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict shop floor safety rules, wear protective gear, and report mechanical failures immediately.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
