Job Description:
As a Relationship Associate in the Bancassurance channel at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with partner banks to promote and sell insurance products. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with bank staff to educate them about our insurance offerings and ensure they are equipped to recommend these products to their clients. You will also be responsible for identifying current sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive insurance sales.




- Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with bank teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to policy sales and service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
