Job Description:
Hidani Tech is hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to handle B2C sales for the US market. The role involves connecting with US-based IT professionals and job seekers, understanding their requirements, pitching career services, handling objections, following up, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound/outbound sales leads.
- Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings.
- Pitch career and placement services.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Maintain follow-ups and customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, BDA, EdTech, Staffing, Recruitment, SaaS, or Consulting.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Target-driven with proven sales experience.
- Comfortable working with US/international customers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
