Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Check guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and repair requirements.
- Handle guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and other housekeeping services as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and storage areas.
- Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
