Job title: Business/Social Media Associate

Work Structure: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Role Overview:

As our Business/Social Media Associate, you will own assigned pages across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter) — creating the content, publishing it on schedule, and growing the numbers that follow. This is not an upload-and-forget role: you will be expected to understand what makes content work, build around that insight, and keep improving it week over week.

You will work closely with the content, design, and marketing functions to turn trends and performance data into a steady stream of posts, Reels, Shorts, and carousels.

Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned social media pages across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content — Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels, videos, and other formats
- Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, viral formats, and platform behaviour
- Identify opportunities to increase views, reach, followers/subscribers, engagement, and overall page growth
- Monitor page performance and understand which formats, topics, hooks, and posting strategies are working
- Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve organic performance
- Write captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and other supporting copy
- Perform basic-to-intermediate editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- Create thumbnails, graphics, carousels, and other social media creatives
- Use AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, editing, video generation, image generation, and workflow automation
- Track key metrics week over week and put together what improved, what did not, and what you will try next





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media pages, creating content, or running a creator account
- Active, hands-on use of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or X, with a real understanding of how each platform works
- Ability to look at a viral Reel or Short and explain why it performed well
- Able to create decent-looking creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills — able to independently produce acceptable social media videos
- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-based content creation tools
- Good command of English, with the ability to write engaging captions and hooks
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic social media analytics
- A degree in marketing, communications, mass media, or a related field (not required if you can show relevant work, creator, or freelance experience)

Preferred Skills:

- Have managed your own Instagram, YouTube, or other social media page
- Have previously grown a page, creator account, YouTube channel, or community
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, carousels, or other social content
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or similar tools
- Have experimented with AI video, image, or content creation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
