Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Holiday Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, or a similar role and a strong passion for creating memorable travel experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their travel requirements.
- Recommend and customize holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a excellent travel experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in travel sales / holiday consulting.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Kerala & South India destinations.
- Sales-driven, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Good English communication; Hindi is an added advantage.
