Job Description Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive
Department: Human Resources
Function Split: 70% Talent Acquisition | 30% HR Operations
Location: Noida sector 132
Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who will primarily be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions and HR processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition – 70% Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining. Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, profiles, and timelines. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee references, databases, and other relevant channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial HR discussions with shortlisted candidates. Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates and interview panels. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals, and Letter of Intent/offer documentation. Ensure timely closure of selected positions and maintain recruitment trackers. Maintain an updated database of candidates, interview status, selection status, and joining details. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining and minimize offer dropouts and no-shows. Coordinate with HR Operations for the candidate's joining and onboarding formalities.
Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives whenever required. Prepare and share regular TA MIS/recruitment reports with the reporting manager. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. HR Operations – 30% Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, and on boarding activities. Ensure timely completion of Joining FMS and required employee documents. Support employee data management and HRIS/HRMS updates. Assist in preparing and maintaining HR trackers and operational reports. Coordinate with relevant departments for employee ID cards, email IDs, assets, access, and other joining requirements. Support probation, confirmation, transfer, and other employee lifecycle processes. Assist in maintaining employee files and ensuring documentation is complete and updated. Support employee queries related to HR processes and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for resolution. Assist with exit formalities and other HR operational activities whenever required.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced HR environment. The person should enjoy interacting with candidates, be strong in followups, and also have an interest in understanding and supporting HR operations beyond recruitment.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Master's in HR, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
