Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fitter (Fabrication Work) to join our team at our facility in Mahalunge -Chakan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and mechanical fitting of components and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform fitting and fabrication work as per technical drawings.
- Use of fabrication tools including gas cutters, grinders, drills, and welding machines.
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately.
- Ensure work is completed with attention to safety, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with welders and other team members on fabrication tasks.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years and above of experience in fabrication and fitting work.




- Ability to read and interpret fabrication/engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with cutting, grinding, and fitting equipment.
- Knowledge of different materials (mild steel, stainless steel, etc.) and welding processes is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Chakan.
