Job Title: Centre Beauty Head – Skin & Derma Lead

Role SummaryDrive financial sales targets, customer excellence, and operational efficiency while leading the Beauty team at VLCC. This role oversees daily salon/clinic operations, team management, technical service delivery, and direct client consultative selling for Beauty, Derma, and Product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Financial Performance

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and execution targets across Beauty, Derma services, and products (including self-generated targets).
- Drive Repeat Business Sales (RBS), upsell fixed/customized Beauty and Derma packages, and cross-sell Slimming services.
- Participate actively in daily Rekindle calling programs and client outreach.
- Plan and execute sales events in coordination with regional leadership.

Technical & Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily appointment planning, client skin analysis, and Beauty card documentation including client signatures, comments, photos, and consent forms.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, room protocols, service efficacy, zero session and subsequent session processes, and zero product pilferage.
- Manage section inventory using the FOFO (First Expiry, First Out) principle; conduct physical stock verification and submit forecasts to the Centre Accountant.
- Oversee maintenance, secure handling, and repairs of all Beauty equipment and appliances; escalate repair needs to leadership when required.
- Ensure Beauty Therapists or Nurses are assigned to assist Doctors on Dermatological procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily entry of appointments and execution data in the operational software.
- Track client packages to minimize unexecuted services and manage package validity follow-ups.

Customer Experience & Quality Control

- Maintain a Beauty Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 90%.




- Address client concerns proactively to ensure high satisfaction and handle escalation matrix protocols when necessary.
- Conduct regular section audits and reviews to verify corporate SOP compliance and cleanliness standards.
- Act as the point of contact with Corporate Office for technical updates, reports, and stock availability.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Beauty team (Beauty Therapists, Hair Stylists, Pedicurists).
- Oversee recruitment, induction, orientation, grooming standards, discipline, and staff welfare.
- Manage shift planning, daily work allocation, client rotation, weekly offs, and attendance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address grievances, explain monthly promotional offers, and review incentive policies.

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience

- Qualification as a Doctor, Dermatologist, or Cosmetologist with specialized qualifications in skin and hair. BDS degrees or candidates with relevant experience in Beauty industry training/direct sales are also considered.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in skin, hair, and derma services.

Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on technical knowledge in Skin and Hair services.
- Strong consultative sales ability tailored to individual client needs.
- Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, handle transfers, and participate in outdoor promotional events as needed.
