Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of injection moulding machines, utilities, electrical systems, and other plant equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities1. Machine Maintenance

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Ensure machines are available for production with minimum downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.
- Maintain critical spare parts and ensure timely availability.

2. Preventive Maintenance

- Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct routine inspection of machines, panels, motors, pumps, compressors, chillers, and other equipment.




- Maintain preventive maintenance records and machine history.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

3. Breakdown Maintenance

- Attend machine breakdowns immediately and identify the root cause.
- Minimize production downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments during breakdowns.
- Maintain proper breakdown reports and downtime records.

4. Electrical & Utility Maintenance

- Handle basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial electrical systems.
- Monitor compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, pumps, and other utilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.

5. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure maintenance activities are carried

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
