Location: Madurai & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Agri Doctors / Field Officers and drive business growth in the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the field team.
- Plan and monitor daily field activities, farmer visits, demonstrations, and crop inspections.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify farmer needs and provide suitable agricultural solutions.
- Drive sales, product adoption, collections, and achievement of monthly targets.
- Monitor crop, pest, disease, and market activities.
- Train and support team members in field and technical activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and share market feedback with management.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fertilizers / Agri-inputs OR FMCG.




- Experience in team handling, field sales, and business development.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer/farmer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Agriculture background will be an added advantage.

Preferred Locations: Candidates from or willing to work in Madurai or Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
