SITE ENGINEER – HIRING

Position: Site Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location:THRISSUR
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction/site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain proper quality control.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
- Check materials and ensure proper usage as per project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and report site progress and issues.

Requirements





- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
