Position: Performance Marketing Manager (GEO & AEO)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, search visibility, and customer acquisition efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Marketing, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), ensuring our brands remain visible across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-driven search experiences such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search platforms.
- Develop AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to increase brand presence in featured snippets, voice search, AI summaries, and answer engines.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and content gap assessments.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, design, and e-commerce teams to create high-performing landing pages and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for advertisements, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide actionable insights to improve digital performance.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging AI search developments.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.
- Understanding of AI-powered search platforms and evolving search behaviors.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce, consumer electronics, retail, or technology sectors.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing attribution models.
