About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive to join our client's team in Powai, Mumbai.

The role involves managing social media for a well-established beauty and makeup professional/academy, including its bridal, academy, and other brand pages.

This is a great prospect for someone who loves Instagram, Reels, beauty content, photography, and creative storytelling and wants hands-on experience in the beauty and bridal industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple brand pages.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Create and coordinate Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, and BTS content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, makeup transformations, events, classes, and other relevant content.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile or desktop editing tools.
- Design basic social media creatives using Canva.
- Coordinate with makeup artists, photographers, students, and the creative team.
- Identify relevant social media trends and turn them into engaging content ideas.
- Manage WhatsApp groups, follow-ups, and communication.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity and online presence.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities for bridal and academy projects.

Requirements

- Strong interest in social media, beauty, makeup, fashion, and content creation.




- Positive understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and video editing.
- Ability to capture good-quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, in-office environment.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, makeup, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus.

Experience
