Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage sales and business development activities in Kolhapur and nearby regions. The role will involve customer visits, product demonstrations, trials, installations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Manage existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Conduct product demos and trials at customer locations.
- Handle product installation, basic training, and commissioning.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for customer support.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.
- Track market and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel extensively for sales visits, demos, trials, and installations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.




- 1+ year of B2B/technical sales experience preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Experience with technical instruments, laboratory, dairy/food testing, or diagnostic products will be an advantage.
