Salary: Rs 7 LPA (Depending on experience & suitability)About Stars & MeritStars & Merit Constructions and Engineering Private Limited specialises in retail, fashion, F&B; and commercial fit-out projects, delivering projects with a focus on quality, timelines and execution excellence.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in retail, fashion, F&B; and restaurant fit-outs. The role involves measurements, BOQ, client billing, RA bills, subcontractor billing and commercial coordination.Experience with brands such as Marks & Spencer, Azorte, Lifestyle, Trends, Pantaloons, McDonald’s, PizzaExpress, P.F. Chang’s, KFC, food courts or similar brands will be preferred.Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client RA bills and final bills.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities against BOQ and drawings.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis and reconciliation.
- Verify subcontractor and labour contractor bills.
- Track executed quantities, variations, extra works and scope changes.
- Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Estimation and Accounts Teams.
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records and commercial documentation.
- Resolve client, consultant and subcontractor billing queries.
- Monitor project costs and support final accounts and project closure.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Billing, QS or Commercial functions.
- Experience in retail/F&B;/interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ,



measurements, RA bills, rate analysis and reconciliation.
- Positive command of MS Excel; AutoCAD/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
