As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency channel. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and support a team of insurance agents while ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company standards. You will be instrumental in developing strategic business plans to enhance agency productivity and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a productive sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and development to agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.




- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and expand agency reach.
- Foster a team-oriented and motivational team environment to encourage high performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on support and guidance to agents.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
