Stream: Endpoint Security

Job Description:

We are looking for an Endpoint Security Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience and basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Trellix, CrowdStrike and Zscaler.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor endpoint security alerts.

Perform first-level investigation of security incidents.

Troubleshoot endpoint security issues.

Monitor CrowdStrike, Trellix and Zscaler alerts.

Create and update security tickets.

Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.

Support endpoint security operations.

Maintain incident documentation.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in Endpoint/Security Support.

Knowledge of CrowdStrike.

Knowledge of Trellix.

Knowledge of Zscaler.

Basic understanding of endpoint security.

Windows troubleshooting knowledge.

Basic networking knowledge.

Positive communication and analytical skills.
