We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Marketing to join our team and create visually engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand requirements.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Convert content ideas and briefs into visually appealing designs.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Make design revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, and visual content trends.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.
- Ensure all final creatives are accurate, polished, and ready for publishing.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color,



and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other design tools is an advantage.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media formats.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective designs.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent design skills may also be considered.

Preferred / Additional Skills

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- Basic video editing
