We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves calling fresh leads, following up with potential customers, making cold calls, coordinating site visits, and taking responsibility for converting leads into successful closures.

Training will be provided, so freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and communicate with fresh leads provided by the company
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective customers
- Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services
- Coordinate and attend site visits with prospective customers
- Take ownership of leads from initial contact through sales closure
- Follow up consistently until the customer makes a decision
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM
- Update call records, follow-up dates, lead status, customer details and sales progress in the CRM
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets




- Maintain professional communication and build good customer relationships

Requirements

- Must have a personal bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Willingness to make cold calls and work towards targets
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn and use CRM software
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
