The group is undergoing an advanced digital transformation, involving implementations and integrations across:

· CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or new custom CRM)

· WhatsApp Automation (Gupshup, Interakt, etc.)

· Knowlarity Telephony

· Zenoti

· Wondersoft

· Loyalty Engines

· Payment Gateway & Bank API integrations

· AI-based automation tools

Role Overview

The Software Projects Manager will lead end-to-end execution of all technology projects across the Ageless Group including:

· CRM design, development, customization & deployment

· AI-driven automation & workflow enhancement

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout

· WhatsApp automation platform identification, onboarding & integration

· Unicommerce & Wondersoft enhancement and current feature development

· Bank API integrations, payment gateway setups, reconciliation workflows

· Loyalty program setup & implementation

· Channel partner/vendor sourcing, negotiation & SLA monitoring

· IT infrastructure review, optimization & ongoing system maintenance

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong execution, vendor coordination, and timely delivery across all tech projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Requirement Gathering & BRD Development





· Conduct business requirement sessions with stakeholders across all companies.

· Create detailed BRDs, SRS, workflow diagrams, process maps (AS-IS/TO-BE).

· Identify system gaps and define scope for new developments.

· Prepare UAT plans, test cases, sandbox setups, and release schedules.

2. CRM, ERP & AI Implementation

· Lead end-to-end implementation of new CRM systems or enhancement of existing ones.

· Oversee AI workflow development for automation, analytics, customer journeys & lead funnels.

· Execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration with all group entities.

· Develop custom modules, dashboards & reporting formats with partners.

· Ensure user roles, permissions, data models & master data setup are accurately executed.

3. WhatsApp Channel Partner Identification & Execution

· Identify new WhatsApp automation partners (Gupshup, Interakt, Wati, Zoko).

· Conduct capability and pricing evaluations & finalize partner with management.

· Implement WhatsApp-based workflows (lead journey, campaign flows, templates).

· Ensure API integration with CRM, ERP & telephony systems.

4. API Integration & Technical Coordination

· Maintain strong follow-up with partners for all API integrations including:

o CRM ↔ ERP

o CRM ↔ Telephony

o CRM ↔ WhatsApp

o ERP ↔ Payment Gateways

o ERP ↔ Bank APIs

o ERP ↔ Inventory/Logistics systems

· Validate APIs, data schemas, response logs & troubleshoot failures.

· Ensure documentation, security standards, and version control are in place.

5. Unicommerce, Zenoti, and Wondersoft Development

· Oversee Unicommerce API setups for order flow, warehouse, inventory sync.

· Coordinate Zenoti enhancements for clinic operations & customer modules.

· Manage Wondersoft POS upgrades, inventory features, and backend integration.

· Ensure real-time data sync with CRM, ERP & BI dashboards.

6. Loyalty Program Implementation

· Identify loyalty program platforms (Capillary, EasyRewardz, in-house engines).

· Finalize scope, rules, point logic, earning/burning rules.

· Integrate loyalty with CRM, WhatsApp, ERP & payment systems.

· Train teams & monitor adoption post-launch.

New ERP Evaluation & Partner Selection

· Evaluate new ERP companies (if needed) for multi-company expansion.

· Conduct technical due diligence, solution comparison & ROI evaluation.

· Lead implementation and end-to-end deployment if approved.

8. IT Infrastructure Review & Optimization

· Conduct periodic audits of servers, network, telephony, and cyber security.

· Identify performance issues & optimize hardware/software environments.

· Maintain logs, SLAs, service schedules & upgrade plans.

9. Post-Implementation Support & System Maintenance

· Act as SPOC for all system issues & vendor escalations.

· Ensure uptime, performance, data accuracy & minimal downtime.

· Track adoption, training needs, and new feature requirements.

· Maintain system documentation, training materials & SOPs.

Candidate Profile

· 7–10 years in software project management / CRM & ERP implementation.

· Strong background in CRM, ERP, AI-enabled workflows, API integrations.

· Experience with multi-system environments (D365, Salesforce, Zoho, Gupshup, Zenoti, Unicommerce, Wondersoft).

· Experience in retail, healthcare, clinic chains, or multi-entity businesses preferred.

Education

· Graduate in Computer Science / IT software Engineering.

· (IT / Systems), PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Must-Have Skills

· Strong execution skills with daily follow-ups until project closure.

· Expert in BRD drafting, SRS creation, API coordination & UAT.

· Good understanding of SQL, APIs, JSON, integrations & system architecture.

· Proficient in Excel, Power BI, project management tools.

· Strong communication, stakeholder handling & vendor management.

· High ownership, discipline & delivery mindset.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with loyalty engines, payment gateways & bank API integrations.

· Familiarity with omnichannel retail/e-commerce workflows.

· Advanced documentation skills & process orientation.
