Surabi Agencies is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new customer relationships, generate sales enquiries, follow up with prospective customers, and support the company's sales growth.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and a willingness to travel locally for sales activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate sales enquiries through field visits, customer follow-ups, and other appropriate channels.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Follow up on enquiries until the sales process is completed.
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements, orders, and delivery schedules.

Requirements:





- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for business-related activities.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, building materials, plumbing products, or related industries will be an advantage.

Education:
12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree

Preferred Skills:

- Sales & customer relationship management

- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
- Local market knowledge
