1. Financial Management & Control

- Oversee daily revenue reconciliation (Front Office, F&B;, POS vs Accounts).
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity at unit level.
- Control payroll costs, food & beverage cost percentages, and operating expenses.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and manage contracts to avoid overpricing.

2. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure GST compliance and accurate filing of statutory returns.
- Verify MIS reports from departments and prevent manipulation or forgery.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and unit-level P&L.;
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

3. Operational Oversight

- Supervise handling of virtual card payments and ensure proper accounting.
- Monitor high balance guests and credit limits.
- Implement financial discipline across departments where HODs may lack finance knowledge.
- Track KPIs such as RevPAR, GOPPAR, Payroll %, Food Cost %, and Energy Costs.

4. Risk Management & Integrity

- Identify and resolve fraud, shortages,



or irregularities in stores/accounts.
- Ensure solid internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Escalate policy deviations and resist pressure to approve unauthorized expenses.

5. Leadership & Training

- Train staff on accuracy in reporting, compliance, and financial processes.
- Guide operational teams on cost control without compromising guest satisfaction.
- Balance staff welfare (salary, incentives, menu planning) with financial prudence.

6. Strategic Planning

- Develop cost-saving measures during low occupancy periods.
- Optimize electricity, LPG, and other utilities consumption.
- Align financial goals with guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
