Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Autoclaves and Industrial Ovens during assigned shifts.
- Ensure proper temperature, pressure, vacuum, and cycle parameters as per process requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities during operation.
- Carry out routine inspections and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
- Maintain shift-wise operation logs, production records, temperature/pressure records, and checklists.
- Ensure safe loading/unloading of materials and proper execution of autoclave/oven cycles.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Handle shift manpower and ensure proper work allocation and discipline.
- Report breakdowns, process deviations, and equipment abnormalities to the concerned department.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
