Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant
Company: Stretch Wrap Industries LLP (Brand name - S-Pack)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
- Generate GST invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices (where applicable).
- Prepare and file GST returns in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet schedules.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain proper accounting records.
- Support management with financial analysis and cost control.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
