Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during daily operations. Ensure smooth and productive service from order taking to table clearing. Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and service standards. Manage table arrangements, reservations, and overall restaurant floor operations. Monitor stock usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper control of F&B; supplies.
