Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional)

Relevant Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience

Open Role and Skills needed :

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

- working knowldeg on any other modules like ORC OR Talent would be an added advantage.

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
- Configure Core HR Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.




- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
- Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.
