KGS (Khan Global Studies) is looking for a dedicated and motivated Admission Counsellor – NEET/JEE to join our team in Prayagraj.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding NEET/JEE preparation programs, explaining course offerings, addressing queries, and supporting the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding NEET/JEE courses, programs, and admission opportunities
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course details, fee structure, batches, and other relevant information
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission process
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams
- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets
- Provide a positive and skilled experience to students and parents

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with good communication skills may also apply
- Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or admission counselling will be an advantage
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

- Knowledge of NEET/JEE coaching programs and the education sector
- Strong counselling and relationship-building skills
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Ability to handle student and parent queries effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
