Job SummaryWe need a friendly, customer-focused counter salesperson to manage our front-line sales. You will welcome customers, help them find what they need, handle payments, and keep the sales area clean and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly, listen to their needs, and offer helpful product recommendations.
- Order Processing: Take accurate orders, create sales tickets, and prepare items for the customer.
- Payment Handling: Process cash, card, and digital transactions securely using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and explain product features, advantages, and special promotions to boost sales.
- Inventory & Maintenance:



Restock shelves, track stock levels, and keep the counter clean and organized during quiet times.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (10th/12th pass).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic math and computer skills for operating cash registers.
- Attitude: Friendly, punctual, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
