Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to manage the company’s day-to-day treasury operations, working capital, liquidity planning, banking relationships, insurance, and fundraising activities.

The role will focus on ensuring adequate availability of funds, optimizing borrowing costs, managing banking facilities and related compliances, and supporting the business in raising debt. The candidate will also be responsible for treasury reporting and providing timely financial insights to management.

Desired Profile

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Financial Management.
- Strong understanding of Treasury Management, Working Capital Management, and Liquidity Planning.
- Hands-on experience in managing banking relationships and banking facilities.
- Good understanding of working capital limits, term loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other credit facilities.




- Experience in debt raising/fundraising and coordination with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, fund management, and borrowing cost optimization.
- Understanding of banking compliances, financial covenants, and documentation.
- Exposure to insurance management and related coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret Treasury MIS, cash-flow reports, and liquidity reports.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Qualification

CA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Debt Management will be preferred
