About the Role

Elcom Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in SaaS/IT marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage marketing initiatives across digital, brand, content, events, campaigns, and demand generation.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns for SaaS and IT products/services.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee content, social media, email marketing, website, events, and other marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, vendors, and media.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using relevant KPIs and analytics and take corrective actions where required.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term marketing and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the IT / SaaS / Technology industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, content marketing, and campaign management.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and senior management teams.
- Strong ownership, execution ability, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
