Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate UPSC Exam Trainer to guide and mentor aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented UPSC coaching classes.
- Teach subjects such as Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Current Affairs, and General Studies.
- Explain concepts clearly and provide relevant examples.
- Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students on answer writing, exam strategy, and time management.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant subject.




- Strong knowledge of UPSC Civil Services syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous UPSC teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
- Candidates with competitive exam preparation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are also welcome.
