Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, accounting entries, payment vouchers and employee reimbursements.

· Manage bank transactions, payment processing, PDC records and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare and maintain accounting reports such as Primary Sales, Outstanding and Creditors reports.

· Process CN/DN, JV, GRN/RTV and other related accounting entries.

· Manage credit card, EMI, petty cash and other routine accounting reconciliations.

· Maintain proper records of invoices, payment documents, bank statements and other supporting documents.

· Ensure timely scanning, filing and attachment of documents in the ERP/software.

· Coordinate with internal teams, banks and management for payment and accounting-related requirements.

· Support audit requirements and perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven 3+ years of working experience as Accounts Payable

· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

· Data entry skills along with knowledge of GST/TDS

· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (ARC)

· B-com Graduate

Working days:





· Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

· 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Compensation:

· 3- 4LPA CTC/ Based on Interview Performance
