About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solar Servicing Technician to join our team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of solar power systems installed at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of solar panels and related systems.
- Visit customer sites in and around Dehradun for servicing and maintenance work.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical faults and issues in solar systems.
- Diagnose faults and take appropriate corrective action to ensure the system is functioning properly.
- Check solar panels, inverters, wiring, connections, and other electrical components.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of servicing, repairs, and site visits.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of installed solar systems.




- Follow safety procedures while working at customer sites.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in solar servicing/maintenance.
- Good practical knowledge of solar systems, inverters, electrical connections, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in identifying and rectifying faults in installed solar systems.
- Comfortable travelling to different customer sites in Dehradun.
- Basic electrical/technical knowledge is required.
- Should be responsible, hardworking, and capable of handling site-level technical issues independently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who has hands-on experience in solar servicing and maintenance and can independently visit installed sites, identify faults, and ensure their proper resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
