Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development activities in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business opportunities, promoting the company and its services, building strong client relationships, and executing local marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Thrissur and nearby areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential clients, institutions, companies, schools, colleges, corporates, and other business partners.
- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, promotional activities, events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote company services, offers, packages, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, corporates, travel agencies, institutions, and other potential partners for business tie-ups.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities, roadshows, campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and local business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and client requirements.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities whenever required.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering field visits, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing, lead-generation, and business development targets.
- Collect customer feedback and provide relevant market information to the management.
- Perform other marketing and business development activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or field marketing preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of the Thrissur local market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and basic digital marketing platforms.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
